Michel Biero, in charge of Lidl France, talks about his communication strategy in Les Echos and emphasizes the importance of advertisement leaflets.

“We used to only communicate with printed leaflets. In order to buy 110 TV adverts per year, we have lowered the budget, but we continue to hand out printed leaflets, 52 per year. Experience shows that without leaflets, the turnover of a shop is significantly lower.”
